Welcome to EthosCE Self-Paced Training. This is part one of your three-part core training training, in which you'll learn the basics of using your EthosCE site. This training will take you through the experience that your learners will have while they are navigating your EthosCE site.

Once you finish this course, you'll have access to Part Two: Course Administrator training. Have fun, and enjoy the beginning of your EthosCE journey!

Target Audience

This activity is designed for: 

  • Anyone who is new to EthosCE as a user
  • Individuals who would like to better understand the Authenticated User experience within EthosCE

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, learners should be able to do the following:

  • Understand the structure of EthosCE core training
  • Describe the various permissions and roles within EthosCE administration
  • Understand how a learner experiences EthosCE from their point of view
  • Review how a learner navigates an EthosCE site
  • Illustrate what a learner sees when they register for a course
  • Review how a learner will see a course during a workflow

For the training days, you'll need a laptop or computer and a way to open multiple tabs on your browser (preferably Chrome). This is easiest if you have a dual monitor, but it's definitely not required! 

If you choose to, you may also download the Activity Files found on the front page of this Self Paced Training Group. This can be used for activities within this course, though it is not necessary for completion.
